The Colorfull Mexican Cousine
Tuesdays from 9 -3pm
One Class every week or a single class
Price $75 us tour+ ingredients + lesson + dinner + cocktails
Price $50us ingredients + lesson

This single lesson is created specifically to persons from other cultures to experience for the first time, the Mexican traditions at the home tables. Includes a tour, cooking session and dinner.

Workshop II
Home Traditional Mexican Cousine
Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday from 3 - 6pm
Three sessions every week
Price: One session $35, two sessions $65, three sessions $90us in the same week

Directed to any person interested in learning the traditional mexican cousine step by step in all its variety, instructed by a mexican native from Mexico City.

Workshop III
Directed to: Trainning for domestic personeel, kitchen staff or any person interested
Time: 21 hours, 3 hour sessions
Price: $230 usd
Place: in your kitchen or my kitchen!

La Fonda Rosa es un concepto de la cocina tradicional mexicana. Restaurante establecido en San Miguel de Allende Guanajuato por mas de una década; y anteriormente localizado en el Barrio de San Juan de Dios, hacía una figura de fonda mexicana “moderna”, cocina, galería y cine.
La cocina mexicana es el motivo, el lugar puede ser cualquiera, todos son igual de buenos. La Fonda Rosa con su concepto universal de la cocina mexicana, ofrece llevar a cada mesa el sabor de la cocina mexicana tradicional. El sazón, los colores y la frescura con su chef viajera que puede estar muy cerca de tí.

La Fonda Rosa Restaurante was oppened in san Miguel de Allende for more than a decade, last week we move to a new location that will take us some time to re -open. But in the meantime I travel with our concept, so far Gabriela will be cooking at San Francisco kitchen´s.

La Fonda Rosa been a universal concept of cooking. Brings the mexican flavor to all tables. The sazon, the colors and the tradition, in a traveler creative homemade chef.
